'Incredibly good deal for the price. No elevator but my unit was a mini apartment with sofa bed, kitchenette stocked with utensils, cookware and real plates and glasses. Fridge/freezer was much larger than the under counter units in bigger chain hotels. There was even a washer/ dryer. Better than an Extended Stay in that regard.
Hotel manager was easily accessible by phone to answer questions and deal with a complicated booking situation. Got it resolved quickly and extremely favorably.

'The property grounds were beautiful and serene. We were so happy we chose this place outside the hustle and bustle of Hilo. The trip into Hilo was about 20 minutes, but the drive was beautiful and worth the peacefulness of the property. There were many sites to see within a few miles, such as Akaka falls and the Botanical Gardens.'

'The property itself was fine. I didnt like that they left opened condiments and a water bottle in the refrigerator. Or that the sink pop up didnt work, or what looks like mold developing on the shower liner. But you get what you pay for, so it is what it is.
