'Staff at the restaurant was excellent! Food was very good and breakfast included. Front desk staff needs more customer service skills. Our TV did not work and we ask for someone to do our laundry. On both occasions we were told someone would come to our room, but not one ever did. View is incredible!'

'This place is a real gem! The location is very beautiful opposite of the temple. The personnel is also very helpful and friendly. The breakfast is superb! And also lunch and dinner is very good. They have their own veggie garden en also there is a small beach with recliners and towels. From there you can have a swim in the Nile! Altogether a really relaxed and beautiful option when you want to be at a special location in Aswan. '

'Very nice local style hotel right on the Nile. Our balcony was over the water! In the middle of Nubian village, good if you like shopping (no need to book tour of Nubian village, you are there). Staff were amazing, friendly and helpful. Food delicious and simple, and other restaurants near by. Highly recommended if you want peace and quiet on the Nile.'

'What a charming and peaceful getaway with amazingly hospitable staff who communicated very well! Food and views were excellent., The location itself was quiet yet right off of the main strip with the shops.
Our balcony wasn't super clean, and the stairs leading up to our top level room were a bit smelly and uneven, so not handicap friendly (but lower level rooms would have been fine I believe).
They even offered reasonably priced airport transfer.'

'Great hospitality, we were really charmed by that. Be aware that you'll live there like a
"Nubian" so there is no wifi and just a sober room. But actually in this setting it feels just right. Verry quiet out there, beautifull view, and a nice village. '

'The breakfasts was good but repetitive. Staff was always helpful and kind. Check in took a bit longer than I would've liked. The room I initially received looked nothing like the room I booked. My room was eventually changed due to other circumstances and I ended up in a room that looked like the pictures. The location is good but you will hear street noises from your room. Many shops and restaurants in the area within walking distance.'
