'Great stay we had to book last minute. The gentleman at the desk (pony tail and glasses) was so helpful and the positivity I needed after our horrible check in at holiday inn express (we cancelled and stayed at Tru instead). The room was great. Only complaint is I do not think it was vacuumed well. Crumbs in the floor. Looked like someone enjoyed ritz crackers. The 3rd floor also smelled of mildew in the hallway (not the room). Overall great stay! Would recommend!'

'The bathroom door wouldn’t even close, let alone lock. The room was dirty and had an unpleasant smell. Breakfast was mediocre at best. Overall, the stay was disappointing and did not meet my expectations.'
