'The hotel is very conveniently located to the Villages. The rooms are spacious, the beds were very comfortable and the air conditioning worked perfectly. The room appears to be clean but the first room we checked in to had many ants, hair balls on the floor and needed a good sweeping and vacuuming. The second room was better but still the floor and shower should have been cleaned better. I do think the cleaning and maintenance staff is doing their job, it seems there needs to be a better system...

'Als tussenstop op onze reis richting Crystal River en Clearwater.
Prima kamer; vriendelijke dame die ons incheckte; klein zwembad maar prima voor even verkoeling. Op het complex wat zeer groot is zitten diverse restaurants en pleintjes met live muziek. Ontbijt prima, een kanttekening laat de cupjes boter UIT de koeling, nu waren het net betonblokken waar je niks mee kon.'

'Clean room, comfortable bedding and nice front desk associate. Did not have breakfast so cannot comment on that and I’m not too sure they actually refill the Dove soaps and shampoos with Dove product- did not smell or feel that way to me (I use them at home).'

'I have to give it to Ashley at the front desk she was so incredibly sweet and accommodating for us when we found a live German cockroach in our bed the very first night we were there. She deserves a raise for how well she handled it and ungraded us to a suite without an ounce of hesitation. This place is a DUMP. I won’t ever return because of it. But Ashley, go off sis. You’re the best.'

'I had sone issues with this room.
First it has a "balcony" on the first floor. I'm glad I checked the door, as it was unlocked. The balcony was filthy with qtips and trash. The curtains didnt close together, so any one could look it, i had to use a hair clip to keep them closed. My room was OK, except there was a green dried wash hanging on the shower rod. There was some type of grossness on the wall plug and up the wall. I travel for business and aftet being gone all day, I came back to...
