'We stayed with 2 families, total of 8 persons. More then enough space for all of us! We even had one empty room.. Nice clean neighbourhood close to all the major parks but far away not to be bothered by crowds. Only remark: inventory didn't always seem te serve the max number of guests (10 beds 1 crib). For example: dining + breakfast only seats 8 (could fit 2 on the counter though) only 8 coffeemugs were found, sittingarea seats 6 or 7 max. And with both a pool and a morning shower, we could...

'I booked this apartment together with four friends (age 22) to visit the Orlando region. The villa was well maintained and well equipped. The air-conditioning was very nice to have and kept all rooms nice and cool. There was a garage with a air hockey and pool table which was nice. The living space was nice as well with plenty of room and nice and comfy sofas. The pool was excellent to cool of in after a warm day. The location was great with a Walmart and plenty places to eat within 5 minutes...

'The house was clean and well decorated with high end appliances and bedding and towels. The owner was gracious and helpful. It is certainly beneficial to not have houses behind the property.However 2 of the 4 nights we had neighbors out by their pool which is maybe 30 feet from the house in which we were staying and they had a large speaker and microphone which was turned up high. The first night at 1:15am we asked them to lower the music which did not happen. The second night we called the...

'Winderful vacation!'

'We had a lovely family vacation at this well presented villa in March and April. The games room is a real bonus. The property is well situated in a quiet gated community with golf, cycle rides and amenities close by. Close enough to Disney and Universal parks but allow extra time for the heavy traffic. The owner was very responsive. On arrival the pool heater was down and the owner had it repaired within a day. We are very happy to recommend this villa.'
