'I booked for family room with 2 queen beds for 3 adults and 1 kid (age 6). However we were given 1 queen bed and 1 single bed: the reason given- no more such room available!!! The receptionist offered a mattress to sleep on the floor!! But we denied. How could this happened? We were quite disappointed.'

'The hotel is a budget hotel surrounded by eateries and convenient stores. recommended for one night stay but not recommended for female customers. Safety is a concern because could not lock from inside and the room can be accessed by other customers with their access card. I strongly suggest the hotel management to do a thorough security check on all doors, add a security door chain and a lock that can be locked manually from inside.'
