'This is a good option when visiting Mexico City. The shuttle service to and from the hotel was easy to use (it is only about a 10 minute ride to the airport). The hotel is about a 20 min Uber ride to Zocalo Square. The staff was very nice and accommodating. The room was clean and met my needs. The room service was ok...the food was average and not really the value for what I paid. However, you don't go to Mexico City for room service LOL, there are many fabulous restaurants and street vendors...
