'Het is een mooi hotel in het historisch centrum. Het is er veilig en netjes. We waren enorm gecharmeerd van de “properheid” van de stad. De mensen zijn vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Het hotel zou misschien wel meer duidelijkheid moeten geven over de tours die ze aanbieden. Het restaurant is uitstekend. Alles wordt vers in eigen keuken bereid. We verbleven een week in het hotel en voelden ons er prima.'

I think another hook is needed to place the bathrobe or cloths you are going to wear after you shower. Or perhaps a small stool in the bathroom to place the cloths. 'Amazing location! WiFi worked extremely well. Staff was friendly, check-in was quick, the shower water pressure was fantastic and we never ran out of hot water! They provided a big fan since the hotel does not have AC, so that’s something to keep in mind when you book here. The nights were cool and I run hot, so I didn’t even need AC while here. 'Wifi slow at times. Two aecurity features missing that I am used to a secondary door lock and keyed elevator. Felt safe though as not a bad neighborhood. 'The service at the hotel is fantastic, and the spa is small but very nice (and again with excellent service). The bed was probably the most comfortable I’ve ever slept in! Only downsides were the shower (low water pressure) and the breakfast (I ordered eggs and didn’t eat it because the quality was so mediocre)'

'One star because the elevator fell down one floor while I was in it together with my partner. It stopped and we pressed the alarm button. After some time it started moving again and we could get out. We were both very scared by this. We told the staff but they didn’t do anything, not even closed the elevator. Besides this there were many more things wrong with the service at this hotel, but where overshadowed by this. I will update my post later with more details about the service.'

'There are no microwaves or traditional mini fridges in rooms which makes keeping leftovers hard. That I noticed, there’s no where to get ice, but they did have a few concessions at the reception desk for purchase. There is a cafe attached to the hotel that has good options.
