'Well I thought I had a great stay, but soon after noticed my security deposit was never returned. I contacted the hotel to have it corrected but the staff erroneously claimed I had stolen 2 glasses and 2 blankets?! That absolutely did not happen. They have thus far refused to return my deposit.
I don't know who to blame, but someone there is running a scam. Do not give your money to this hotel.'

'Very nice hotel in the vibrant Condesa neighbouurhood. Got a free room upgrade. Stylish rooms and super friendly staff. Laundry services are available (for free if you do it yourself or 200mxn to get it delivered to your room). Breakfast is included and tasty yet limited. Many options in the neighbourhood though!'

'Everything about this hotel was great, with the exception of the fact that it is surrounded by heavily trafficked roads and highways. We stayed in this area for 2 weeks because it was close to family. The rooms were upgraded and modern. AC worked great. Our bathroom was large and shower was 5 star. Receptionists were friendly and helpful, unfortunately, I did not get their names. Breakfast although, the same everyday, was get with loads of choices. Itzel and Michelle in the cafe were so pleasant...
