'We had taken a Premium room and the advantages are well worth it: access to the premium floor with quiet breakfast and evening happy hour. It is almost like an all-in. The spa-fitness-wellness is well furnished. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The location is very central, giving you quick access to all parts of town. Definitely the place we will come back to for our next trip to Mexico City!'

'The service at the hotel is fantastic, and the spa is small but very nice (and again with excellent service). The bed was probably the most comfortable I’ve ever slept in! Only downsides were the shower (low water pressure) and the breakfast (I ordered eggs and didn’t eat it because the quality was so mediocre)'
