'Had a wonderful stay at Hotel 39 in Montego Bay! The rooms were super clean, and the entire property was spotless, welcoming, and very well kept. The staff were incredibly pleasant and made the experience even better with their friendly and helpful attitude. It was also very affordable while still being comfortable and relaxing. I would definitely stay there again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Montego Bay!'

'Room was dirty, dingy and old. Bugs in the room! Did not want to touch anything!! Additionally, there wasn't a proper lock on the door, which was totally unsafe! The only reason I didn't leave, was I literally had nowhere else to stay that night. I would not recommend anyone stay at this hotel!'

'Quite unclean bathroom and room. Bathroom sink was leaking, toilet seat had stains on it, and bathroom floor had cracks and ants. Shower was rusty and water sprayed in different directions.

'They was not any bed spread provided for one of the bed. The room
-the the pressing iron for clothing was burn as shown in yhe picture. That's the first time ever wearing my nee suit smh.
The flooring need cleaning
The electronic not functional period.
The bathroom shower dirty.
The walls was stripping and needs of painting.

No bathroom soap was provides

'The surprise in the name checks out. Surprise- no pool, surprise very dirty.. bathroom disgusting. Furniture dirty and disgusting. Not comfortable at all. Ants and knots all throughout the kitchen. Location horrible have to pay $60 to go to nearest store and no one delivered . '

'Omdat ik de enige huurder was had ik de complete villa voor mezelf. Super service, wat ging tot samen boodschappen doen en vervolgens werd het eten bereid door chef Mike. Prima verblijf,aanrader en zelf ga ik bij een volgend bezoek aan JA zeker weer daar verblijven!'
