'Hotel is just above average. Decent rooms and pool/spa area. Lots of communal areas downstairs. Breakfast had very little options and is the same every morning. Beware of an additional charge for the safe in your room. I've never had additional charges for a safe before. Front desk will reverse the fee for you, but I didn't even know about it until I got home and saw the extra charge on my bank account.'

'Overall, this was a nice hotel in a convenient location, right next to the Rustic Moose Restaurant, which I highly recommend. I also want to recognize the shuttle driver who picked me up. He was truly wonderful, kind, and helpful, and I appreciated that he also assists with hotel processes.
However, I do want to offer feedback about an experience that could have been handled with more hospitality and care. While I was getting ready to leave for a Celebration of Life, I cut my finger deeply...

'The hotel was awful. I was on the 2d floor, I was there 3 days 2 nights. I didn’t sleep at all it was horrible; all I could hear is people walking all night in the wee hours of the morning and toilet flushing. If all possible I would like a refund!!! 'We enjoyed our stay. The staff were super friendly and helpful, and the room was clean and pleasant. The eating area for breakfast, and the associated bar for evening use, are down in the basement and felt quite utilitarian. The breakfast itself was okay but not special. One of the elevators was out of commission for 3 of the 5 days we were at the hotel.'

'Voor de prijs een prima locatie en schone kamers. Bed en badkamer waren prima. We hebben er geen ontbijt gegeten.
Ik betaalde iets extra voor uitzicht op de rivier, maar dat geld had ik me kunnen besparen. Van uitzicht was geen sprake. Verder is het gebouw erg gehorig. Om 1u 's nachts hoor de mensen boven je heen en weer lopen. Dus dat hield me wakker. '
