'Pros: good location, clean, new.
Cons: This is a very, very basic room. There was a desk, but no outlets to plug in a laptop, and no lights on or above the desk. No amenities like a coffee maker, toiletries (a bar of soap or tissues would be nice), microwave or refrigerator. Yet there was an ironing board in the closet, but no iron, and there was an ice maker in the hallway, but no ice bucket. No restaurant on site. When we asked the front desk for dining suggestions they said to use Google...

'I really wanted to give this place high reviews, but unfortunately the great pluses this property has (amazing location right on the water and views) are negated by an overzelous and controling owner. Prepared to be scolded, warned and admonished for many things a paying costumer would not in other stablishments. I.e. do not take the kayak out in the beautiful bay because it could be damaged by the coral..are u serious? Why have a kayak on the property if it cant be used. Or, dont leave the AC...

'The hotel was clean and comfortable. The restaurant was convenient and the food was good. My only concern was my credit card which was master card did not work it was not my card but their system. We tried the card twice then finally used my visa which went through. Later finding out the other card actually worked and I was charged three times for the same breakfast. Still disputing the charges now. They could not fix it they tried so said but didn’t.
