'The hotel is in a nice part of the city with good restaurants not far from the hotel. It is in a quiet street, so there isn’t much noise. The staff was very helpful and friendly, the rooms were comfortable and clean. Breakfast was very tasty , continental buffet style, a lot of choice and daily fresh fruits. Also liked the terras on the roof, a very nice place to relax.'

'Positives: Well located for the train station and the airport. Amazing breakfast Staff were friendly and helpful and mostly spoke OK English. Generally quite with comfortable bed Very clean- credit to the housekeeping staff Negatives Apparently the hotel has been opened less than 2 years, however it already looks shabby and uncared for. There were scratches and chunks broken off the furniture and cracked tiles in the bathroom. The only storage for toiletries in the bathroom was a small shelf...

'It's a shame we were only there for one night as we had an early morning flight to Khiva as it's a wonderful place. The taxi from the airport was arranged via the hotel and the boys who drove us were great to chat to and very friendly and helpful. The room itself was beautiful and although we were only there a short time it was one of the most comfortable rooms in our entire Uzbek stay! highly recommended.'
