'Staff was great. Had a few issues during the stay with noise and plumbing. Could absolutely hear the person upstairs, walking around at 3:30am, shoes clicking around. I'll probably stay at a place with carpet in the rooms and not hardwood floors again. Toilet was loud when flushing and bathtub drained very slowly so I was in standing water when I was showering. Bar staff was also great. '

'The staff at this facility is superb. Extremely helpful, polite and efficient. Was impressed when the housekeeping manager came to check on my housekeeping needs on the second day. 'Had called the hotel earlier in the day to let them know I was going to be arriving after MN due to multiple delays with my flight schedule. The yoing lady told me know to worry that as long as I got there by 130am that mybroom was saved. Arrived at 105am and the doors were locked. I knocked without reponse. 'My friends and I booked this hotel through Expedia for Beyond Wonderland. I booked two months in advance.
The day of my booking I called around 9:30 am for early check-in. Right off the bat the receptionist gave me attitude and was extremely rude. They told me they were overbooked so couldn't accept early check-ins.
