'Was told by the staff that they will not give a pillow for use on the sofa bed only a blanket and sheet. After I pressed the issue with the manager the following day they were forced to give us a pillow. Upon check-in we were charged 60% of our 3 night stay ($161 deposit) WITHOUT BEING TOLD and that money was held until several days after check out. The breakfast was horrible, no juice due to "broken" machine and all food was as cheap as possible. Noisy dogs barking all the time and power went...

'I had a corner room which made the interior seem a little more spacious. Everything functioned and was the perfect room for just myself. My only complaint was I would see an occasional bug crawling around the wall or floor. I realized that these bugs are native to this area and are very prevalent outside as well. I wouldn't expect the staff to keep every critter out of this facility.'

'The property needs upgrade.. The doors was hard to open and even the towels had blood on it.. I took pictures of the towels and I put that blood stain towel on the floor and the little one that was on the sink was dirty.. My first day I called for towels cause there was only 1 and the second day I called after we got back from graduation and my 2 rooms wasn't cleaned nor any new towels nor any shampoos and conditioner.. Glad we took those things just in case.. For me the customer service was not...
