'One South Place Hotel is a perfect place to stay while visiting Belize City. My wife and I could not speak more highly of this Hotel. The neighborhood is safe and perfectly situated on the waterfront. The owners and staff were incredibly welcoming and friendly. The accommodations are clean and comfortable. 'The property was very well maintained. There was plenty of shade trees in and around the pool area. Check-in was very simple, parked our very large SUV behind the gate which made us feel safe. We walked around the area for dinner and felt safe. We did eat breakfast at the hotel restaurant and was very delicious. The Eggs and Omelet were some of the best we have ever had! The staff all around made us feel comfortable. Please stay at this gem of a hotel!'

'The hotel had very little to no amenities. They had filtered water in the community kitchen. The room had a refrigerator and cable tv. The bed was comfortable. It's in walking distance to the ferry for caye caulker and San Pedro. They had a community refrigerator and microwave in kitchen. Staff were nice and helpful. Limited places that offer delivery for food. '

'Klein hotel in het centrum van Belize City met schone kamers. Kamer is piepklein, je kunt je er bijn niet met 2 personen in bewegen. Dit geldt ook voor de badkamer. Het bed was de grootste teleurstelling. Erg klein bed en je ligt op de harde veren can het matras. Conclusie: geen aanrader!'

'De kamer is typisch Caraïbische ingericht en die sfeer is algeheel aanwezig in het hotel. De kamers voldoen aan alle basis behoeften, maar verwacht wel dat er roest aan het bad zit enzo,... Dit is een goed hotel voor door te trekken naar andere locaties en om voor een dag te blijven. Ga zeker iets zuidelijker, naar het isle of bird. Daar is een restaurant die lekkere gerechten serveert.'

'When we arrive in this hotel, the lady of the hotel, was Always on the Phone talking with her friends. She gave us the key and that was it! We ask for a dinner but she told us that there was no food annymore. The breakfast was just OK... Our room was old and not very clean! Our key diidn't work for the main entrance. We didn't love Belize city and we feel not save in the evening. We found 1 nice restaurant on the water. We ask to call a taxi for us. For 1 night is this hotel OK!'
