'My daughter and I recently stayed for a softball tournament. We loved the view of the lake and our room was a great size! We were pleasantly surprised by how clean and well kept everything was and the staff were very friendly. We will definitely stay here again.'

'The road to get to the lodge was very narrow, and we almost went into a ditch trying to let a maintenance truck go through. The room that we were given was right above the restaurant, and it felt like we were put in an office rather than an actual lodging room. It was away from the other rooms in the lodge, which felt weird. The room did not have a number on the door or beside it, so we had difficulty finding it. The bed was rock hard, and the pillows were very flat. The door to the room came up...

'A pretty interesting stay. Expedia said check in was at 3, but when we arrived, a clearly posted sign said check in was 4. There was no one in the lobby and I had to press a button to ring for them. The man at the counter was nice enough, but he needed to go check to make sure our room was cleaned. We waited close to 10 minutes in the lobby before he returned. There was no A/C in the lobby and there were dehumidifiers running in the halls. When we checked in I was not asked for ID or a credit...

'Bathroom floors were dirty and sticky. Room was supposed to have blackout curtains…room had sun shining through the windows at 5:30AM. Awful!! Manager was very rude and said they knew the curtain wasn’t there/damaged and have a curtain on order - sorry that’s unacceptable for someone to stay in the room!! Never would stay there again.'
