'I will definitely be back but very frustrated with the reservation system. I reserved the Manor Queen suite which was supposed to have a queen and a pull out couch. We were being our son with us so when we got in room and found a king and just arm chairs I wasn’t pleased at all. He had to make other arrangements to stay somewhere else.'

'Room was very spacious . The sitting area was an added plus as well as the little refrigerator and kitchen sink.

'Overbooked and got put into rooms different from what was booked. Elevators were not working during stay. Room layout is odd with mini fridge under bathroom sink. Shower had fogged glass window into bedroom. Bench is right under tv so can’t really sit on it without bumping your head.'

'My only complaint, paying to park in an Unsecured parking lot. All guests pay to park and then read signs letting you know that you park at your own risk. What are we paying for? This is very annoying.'

'The bathroom needs to be cleaned better. The bathtub was peeling, the edges of the bathroom floor and around the toilet were dirty. The door gets stuck and doesn’t close properly that we had to shut it ourselves. The walls were really thin, I guess that sounds and arguments from other guests were heard at any time of the night. The sliding door to the patio was very hard to open and close that my shoulder started hurting. The milk pitcher was also defective. It took a long time to get milk out...
