'I booked a room online for my parents who are in their 80’s. I requested a handicapped room on the first floor. That request was only granted when my mother fell attempting to get up the stairs (no elevator). The room was dark and drab with an unpleasant odor. Very outdated!'

'I got in late, about 1:30am. I called when I got to the facility from the phone at the front and someone came and checked me in in minutes even at that hour. Room was clean and tidy. Had all the amenities for a long stay. If you plan to cook you with need your own pot, plates and cutlery. I would recommend'

'The check in clerk overnight was TERRIBLY rude. He was more interested in taking his personal phone call and told me he was “doing me a favor” by allowing me to check in past 2am (I tried calling to ask about this, but never got the phone answered. Now I know why).
The room was old and DIRTY. I found HAIR in the shower, stains in the toilet, stains on the walls.'
