'The staff, I'm referring to the front desk only; nice and professional, but the rooms were dirty and smelly, there was trash all over the hallways, and the breakfast was terrible—nothing but milk and cereal. I won't be going back to that place.'

'Pretty disappointed. Their pool was out of commission yesterday and they did not stipulate that when making the reservation nor when I checked in. I had to ask about it. I would have absolutely stayed at another one of the 10+ hotels so our girls could have swam. (They were extremely disappointed !)
This has always been our #1 choice in Manhattan but will reconsider it from now on.
Plus, I don’t recall them EVER charging $15.00 to park at the hotel before. No free breakfast and...

'Great if you're looking for a hotel while on business. The only thing that drags it down is, nothing to do in JC. Otherwise, I'd go here again. Plenty of spots to eat in walking distance though. '
