'Staffs are very friendly. Restaurant is open until midnight. The only things I didnt like in the room we stayed in is the electric outlet, most sockets are not usable in the bathroom and the vanity. I had to use the only working outlet in the kitchen to plug the hair dryer. Plus the night is alive in this area where you can hear loud music until past midnight. If you are the night owl type. That'll be ok but if you want to go to bed early please bring your earplugs.'

'They put me in the first floor with a window but there’s a huge wall against it ! Duh ? I was hungry & thirsty at midnight , and there’s no restaurant service . NO Bar service either . NO ice maker available. No snack bar . No fruits . No nothing to eat . The next day , we’re in the pool & ordered ice in a small bucket , we were charged! Really ? But the standard rooms are clean & beds were comfortable . The free breakfast could use change ! It was OK! No free cappuccino . No mangoes ! Dry out...

'We came at this hotel and instantly it felt good, very friendly and helpfull staff very clean everywhere. The pool was small but also clean, the room same high quality and clean with shower comfort from grohe just like home👍.you really could see that the staff do all efforts to give there guest a warm welcome in a cleaned room..you get alot of value for youre money. we certainly come back here at the next time'
