'My stay was three days long and I never received a working room key, I had to get let in by the staff. They were nice and tried hard, but could not make it happen. The microwave didn’t work in the bare kitchen. The only breakfast that was left early in the morning was a couple dried up pieces of egg (which could not be microwaved) and nothing more. The only good thing about this hotel was the fact that it was so close to Toledo express Airport. Lesson learned.'

'Internet was basically unavailable in our 3rd floor room. Asked the desk clerk about it and was told there were no other complaints. The water in the shower barely came out and took several minutes to heat up. The refrigerator was falling out of the cabinet because of a hole on the bottom. Breakfast did not start until 7:00 AM.'

'Everything thing here costs a fortune. $5 for a cup of coffee really. The menu reminds me of one of these trendy bars where you go. Then stop at a fast food place because you're still hungry. And spent $40. They gave us 2 bottles of water at check in and in the time I put them down and got my bags half the water leaked all over the desk from both bottles. 'The rooms were spotless, there were plenty of towels, the beds were comfortable, and the sheets were very soft. We also had our dog with us. We paid the pet fee and we’re put into a regular room on third floor with carpet!!!! This is very unusual.
We are usually put in a room with tile floor, on the first floor, by the side door, which is generally the noisiest place in the hotel.
We would definitely stay at La Quinta again!'

'I booked a smoke free King Room and it smelled like stale cigarettes. I called the front desk and she swear that room was non smoking and got loud with me so I hung up the phone. A few seconds later she calls back and she told me I can move into a new room. Which I did but that room needs maintenance done like the bathtub water goes out slow. However the breakfast is pretty decent. But it’s the same breakfast everyday nothing changes. When you ask staff for stuff they like to get loud with you...
