'Front desk service was very poor. When checking in, it was at least 5 minutes until any hotel staff was visible. Upon leaving, no one was at the desk. It was very frustrating that I had to register for a Courtyard/Hyatt account before I could access wifi. The TV did not work...until we figured out how to reset it.'

'One of the worst experiences I have ever had at a hotel and certainly not expected at a Hilton property. We were running late in our day and called the hotel to let them know, they said “No problem” see you when you get here. Upon arrival though I was not given the room I booked (Two queen beds), I was given a room with 1 bed. I went up to the desk to ask about it and was told “the hotel is over booked and I arrived late” so I asked “If I would have been here earlier, I would have been given the...

'My room had a comfortable bed, but the other bed had a bunch of stains on the duvet. There was a blood smear on the doorframe near the intruder lock. There were long hairs on the bathroom floor. I booked the last room in the hotel and checked in at 10 PM after a harrowing day; I had no opportunity to demand another room. Noise in the hallway periodically until about 3 AM. The staff was perfectly nice, but for $286…this missed the mark wholeheartedly.'

'Although the room was clean, it appeared to have holes in the flooring under the rug, and in the bathroom linoleum. We felt like we had to watch where we walked. It definitely needs to get checked out.
We were in the first room near the stairs going up, and we heard everyone who went up and down, so it was a bit noisy.
It definitely needs some updating.'
