'Very nice hotel and centrally located in Providence, I was able to easily walk everywhere that I wanted to go and they also provide a shuttle if needed. My only complaint is I was excited to try the Heavenly bed, and found it very uncomfortable which made for a couple nights of poor sleep.'

'My family and I were in Maine for a long weekend. We have stayed here before and had good luck. Our room and bathroom were clean and the water was hot for showers. The only thing we didn’t like was that we were put at the end of the hallway right across from the elevator so we heard the elevator all night. The second thing that we didn’t like is that there was a concert going on and the concert goers were parking in the hotel lot. Once we got back from dinner and the beach there was no parking...

'Room was clean and comfortable. The complementary breakfast had a good selection of food. A major negative for the food was my wife dished up a bowl of oatmeal and found a long hair in it. The staff were very friendly and attentive. We used the laundry room and it was sufficient for our needs. Parking was convenient but expensive at $35 per day.'
