'This was simply an awful experience not only could we reach a live person on the phone prior to our trip, no return call then it got worse when we arrived no check in desk no one to greet us or answer any questions. We had to dial a # to let them know we arrived. Staff never to be seen again. Paid 300.00 for the night broken coffee maker, no batteries in spoke detector simply an awful experience '

'Hotel is beautiful but rooms are small! Tight for 3 people. The parking is expensive and only option is valet. There’s always a long wait to get your car, they don’t go in order and are rude. The “free” snacks on the various floors were nothing special. Instead of sparkling water, have regular available. Also some real snacks not just granola and mints. Otherwise it was beautiful!'

'It’s a good place to stay when rates aren’t sky high. Paying over $300 a night plus $60 to self park for Portland is ridiculous. Clean rooms, quiet. The digital key system is a hassle to get working if you’re not using Safari on iOS. '

'Breakfast was average. Only parking option was valet at $40 a night. Staff was friendly and rooms were clean. The hotel was very convenient to lots of restaurants and shops!'

'Easy parking, pleasant staff. Unfortunately thy had a student sports team stay the same night. That morning the free breakfast was devoured by the group of teenage boys. We had plans for the day so we had to check out earlier than we wanted due to having to go find breakfast. They said they had kitchen staff bring more food. Unfortunately we didn’t have the time to wait. Again not the hotels fault. More so the inconsiderate juveniles. '

'Friendly stuff clean rooms'

'The suite contained everything for a “resident” stay with small fully appointed kitchen, dining table, desk, pullout couch, wing back chair, comfortable king size bed and bath with comfortable tub/shower.'

'Incredibly clean hotel with lovely personnel. Even though some things were a bit dated, the cleanliness made all up for that. Also the complimentary breakfast was a good wat to start the day. '

'I really appreciated the nice workout room with better than the normal equipment and space. The proximity to the airport allowed us to walk over the next morning to pick up our rental car. Breakfast was included with the room and had good variety.'
