'It was a little confusing getting to floor 48 where Mint House is and there wasn’t a welcome desk, everything is virtual. Once we got it all figured out, the stay was very comfortable and everything was excellent. We’ve stayed there twice already and have enjoyed it very much! '

Most business hotels around the downtown area are all variations on the same boring thing design, but ZaZa offers the usual amenities in a much more original way. 'The Hotel Zaza is a great, quirky place, with lots of nice perks (daily fresh cookies in the lobby!!). The themed rooms look great, but the standard room I stayed in was also fine. The only gripe I have that the kingsize bed was more for dwarf-size kings. It was wide enough, but nowhere near long enough to fit a person over 1m85
Also, the prices for standard amenities are completely over the top. While a beer costs pretty much the same as everywhere else, water or coffee are ridiculously...

Our room was very comfortable and the concierge was key to arranging for the hotel car to take us to dinner and get us back to the hotel.'

'The hotel itself is a unique experience, The decor and creative artwork throughout gives art gallery/ miami boutique vibes, The staff was very accommodating. The housekeeping did a wonderful job keeping the rooms and common areas fresh. The location it near airports and all of downtown. I will be returning. Only thing that i would say that could be better is that the area is being built up so they was some construction near. Other than that.. Great stay!'
