'When I checked in the woman working was sitting eating lunch(which is fine) but she seemed irritated that I walked in and needed to check in. I asked when I checked in if I could get a room on the second floor. I was told no due reserving through a third party. At 9:40pm I received a phone call stating she had spoken to her manager and they cleaner it for me to move rooms. I declined and went back to bed.
