'The property is very attractive, however it is showing signs of age. The carpet in my room was in desperate need of restretching or replacement. The amenities are small and not really worthy of Hyatt Recency standards. There are no vending machines on the property. The ice machine on the second floor did not work at all. On the brighter side, the staff was very kind and accommodating.'

'This hotel does not be served a luxury classification, we supposed to get a complementary bottle of something which was not handed to us, in addition the front desk reception was below average in explaining anything related to the hotel. This hotel classifies for me as 3 stars'

'Super cool old building. Renovated in recent years. There is ongoing construction on the exterior of the building, it makes the entrance difficult to locate. Room was clean and quiet, AC was nice and cold. My room type was not available upon check in. I received the difference and a downgraded room, as well as a couple free drinks at the bar. While not a suite, it was a nice room and I still got a great rate. Lobby bar is nice in the evenings. Overall great stay for the money.'

'The issues we had; we were there from Thurs to Sunday and never saw cleaning staff. I even told staff to clean and they didn’t. Also, we called down for clean towels and they never came. Had to go down to get them ourselves. Also, there is no 24 hr shuttle as advertised. It’s only for the Medical Center transports. The other issue is there are no good nearby restaurants making it expensive to stay here. The location is only good for the stadium and that is a 40 minute walk at least. Ubers back...
