'I understand that the average temperature in Houston is very somewhat hot, but in this particular couple of days we had that winter cold Varese that hit the southern states and the heat in the hotel as far as in the lobby everywhere was not adequate enough, some of the staff was very rude overpriced menus not adequate English being spoken throughout the hotel in the staff.'

Ligt gemakkelijk dichtbij George Bush Int Airport Houston (IAH). Handig als je na je vlucht de volgende dag op doorreis gaat. Voor een langer verblijf zou ik een klasse hoger uitzoeken.'

'403.00 is way to much for the rooms at this location. The pictures they have on there website or on google is not correct this place is really ran down and the lady in the front seemed annoyed to help a person even gave dirty look when asked a question and walks off and long wait for the gentleman to come help. the room i was given was not clean at all the floors and walls was dirty everywhere on them hair all over the place in the room including in the bed and the toliet works when it wants...

'The place seemed cleaned but we were put on 4th floor with the elevator broken so had to bring 3 luggage bags up flights of stairs and back down. The fridge was broken and told the employee who seemed annoyed that we were bugging her. Air didnt remove the humidity in the room. Last thing was the air fresheners they use in the hall way was so over powering it went into are room and gave us all bad headaches.'

'I read the reviews before I made the reservation. I cant believe they were about the same place. The room is basic . Clean. Towels are cheap and worn. The room had a vague cigarette smell. The front desk staff were just ok. Not rude, but not necessarily friendly. It was ok for the price. But I wont be back.'
