Lights on all night outside shining into the room. But the room was clean and the bed was comfortable. One small thing we didn't like was that the toilet is really low. Very inconvenient for my hubby.

If i could give this hotel a 0 rating I would... Has a moldy smell, shower leaked all night long, iron didnt work, they didnt have a phone in the room. If I needed service I had to walk down to the office. AC tured off all day and night to were I had to get up and turn back on.

This property is a perfect location for anyone having an appointment at the Physicians’ hospital next-door. It was very safe and easy parking. There is a Pappasito’s a few blocks away and a target store. I would stay there again.

The front desk told me that someone else had a reservation in my name. Then ask me who was with me and if they made a reservation. I said i was with my 12 yr old daughter. When i asked what the name was the lady told me i was asking too much. She then told me i would need to get $100 cash for a room deposit because of my child even thought the room was already paid for. The ATM was $5 so i had to drive to a Chase bank. At check out to get my $100 back i had to wait to have someone go and check my room before i could get my money. THIS WAS A DAYS INN! The kitchen sink, refrigerator and microwave were on the side of the bed! Dont waste your time or money. Spend $20 more and be happy without the hassle!

The best I’ve never seen.
I had reserved this stay for my brother for 2 nights. He did not show up so I canceled the 2nd night. The room was not used, the service, cleanliness, and amenities remain unexperienced. Consequently I can not write an informed review. All five stars are for the lady at the desk who did her utmost to help me. Sadly, I don’t remember her name. She knows who she is. Thank you nice lady.

Everything except the toilet, it’s low to the floor and shallow. Yeah don’t go with a full bladder your butt will get wet before you are finished. That’s my biggest problem

Nothing special. We hated giving a cash deposit but after staying here we understand it would be required. I never knew there were places like this in Webster. Alot like a palace inn. The showers at a Palace Inn are better tbh.

The staff is super friendly. The hotel has it’s wear and tear but overall was clean, beds and room confortable, great for a good night sleep. The only down side was the breakfast, is just cereal, yogurt and coffee; it was ok.
