The property was great however they are a little short of staff so you have to go to the lobby to get what you want pretty often but other than that I have no complaints. The property was great!

Tristemente el trato por parte de la persona que me atendio en el chek out fue de mala forma ademas mi molesta fue que no de hciern la devolucion del fondo que me pidieron de garabtia de 160 dls. pedí quedarme una noche mas y me comentaron que defia realizarlo por medio de la app de expedia y me volveron a pedir 160 dls de fondo y tampoco me los devolvieron, es fecha que no se e refleja en mi cuenta.

Never checked in. Waited in lobby last night for over 15 - 20 minutes and no one ever showed up. Lobby was so loud with other customers that I couldn't think. Tired from flying and driving 40 minutes to the hotel to not be able to check in. Went down the road to another Marriott property and checked right in. I would tell Marriott to take the Marriott franchise from them. Even went to off by the desk amd saw thier bad ratings. Now I understand why. Please do not change me for last night. I will dispute it. And if were Expedia I sure wouldn't offer them anymore. Laurie Young

I didnt like the fact that room service never came besude 1 day and only clean the bathroom..they said it was only 1 housekeeper..also the room had lots of Ants. The lady at the front desk said they was gonna accommodate me a room for a day or 2 in my home town..

Front desk didn’t care to address that streaming wasn’t available they didn’t want to “reset the box”. I’ve stayed at other Fairfield’s and the breakfast at this one was inedible. The pancake batter was very thin, coffee was cold, didn’t offer cream cheese with bagels. Also the room smelled musty. Complete waste of money.
