We strongly suggest to quickly read the house manual and explore the guidebook. Everything you need to know is most likely explained in the guidebook. It has instructions on directions, parking, check-in, check-out, other videos on how to use things around the house, and many recommendations on places you can visit during your stay!

This home resides in a peaceful neighborhood. Should you need anything during your stay, with just a 3 to 5-minute drive, you'll find plenty of practical amenities such as supermarkets, gas stations, restaurants, gyms, and retail stores, for a more convenient stay.

• PARKING: Free parking is available for a maximum of 2 vehicles in the designated parking spots. Street parking is not allowed.

• PETS: Please let us know if you would like to bring a pet and we would be happy to accommodate them for an additional fee.

Looking for a morning walk? You've come to the right place! This neighborhood has a high walking score and it's very safe to walk around.

The best way to get around the neighborhood is by vehicle. You can park 2 cars at the property in the designated parking spots (in front of the shed and under the carport). NO parking in any other spot or on the street, NOT EVEN TEMPORARILY. MAX 2 CARS AT ALL TIMES.

This property is also conveniently located close to the METRO system (bus and light-rail transportation). You can use your phone GPS to find the best METRO route. Finally, you can always use UBER or other ridesharing platforms to move around.


• The driveway gate does not lock or operate automatically; it must be opened and closed manually by pushing or pulling.

• The dishwasher will slightly open when its cycle is complete; this is normal and assists in drying the dishes.

• You may need to press the height adjustment button on the standing desk multiple times for it to work correctly.

• A dehumidifier is available in the living room to help with Houston's humidity, in case you need it.

• To keep the yard in great shape, our lawn care team visits every other week. They may stop by during your stay, but don’t worry – they’ll only be working outside and won’t take more than an hour to finish. Please note that this routine service is necessary and it’s hard to reschedule.

• This apartment unit is within a property that has other units. This apartment unit is on the 1st floor. It is expected that you may occasionally hear noises from apartment units that are on top of this unit. The backyard area is shared with the rest of the units/guests.
