We are located 5 minutes from the largest medical center in the WORLD, 10 minutes to downtown, 12 minutes to the Galleria Mall and 7 minutes to NRG stadium where your favorite concert will be held!
The space
The house is designed to provide an open area for socialization, relaxing, and fun. This space is an open 3-floor, 3 bedroom 3.5 bathrooms.

1. The first floor hosts a bedroom with ensuite private bathroom with shower, TV, large closet and queen sized bed. There is a queen sized air mattress in the closet for additional sleeping spaces.

2. The second floor has a 75 inch TV in the living area, a large modernized kitchen with gas stove and 4 door refrigerator, and dining area that opens to the bright patio space. There is a twin-sized daybed that pulls out an additional twin bed underneath totaling 2 additional sleeping areas.

3. Our third floor offers a laundry room for your convenience. The secondary bedroom features a private bathroom, TV, closet, and full sized bed and cool LED lights lining the room, a small view of the medical center.

The primary bedroom across the hall features a TV, large walk-in closet, beautiful white stand alone tub, separate shower, toilet area, a king sized bed and a futon as additional sleeping areas.
Guest access
Guests have access to the entire home and the back yard area
Other things to note
1. FREE PARKING AVAILABLE!
We do NOT recommend you to leave your car parked on either side of the street! There is parking in the garage enough for 2 cars monitored outside cameras

2. Please note that our neighbors are very hardworking medical professionals that keep Houstonians healthy everyday. With that in mind, be mindful of keeping the noise level to a minimum!

3. Absolutely no parties are allowed, no smoking or vaping of any kind, and no pets. The outside is always monitored for excessive amounts guests over what is agreed upon.

4. There are security cameras outside the perimeter of the home but absolutely no cameras in the home.

5. To ensure that we may continue to serve Houston visitors and Houstonians, it is imperative that you abide by our house rules by taking care of our property and keeping our neighbors happy.
