'We had the Thelma room and it had en excellent bed, shower and airco. If you have people upstairs you might hear it as there is a staircase next to the room and a room above. Staff is excellent as well and Tim and the young lady were especially helpful. The valet guy was super friendly and so was the rest of the staff we met. Breakfast is limited in choice but very good in quality.'

'They went out of their way to make sure our stay was amazing and will for sure be back for a longer stay'

'The breakfast was fantastic. Property was clean. Staff is awesome'

'Always a pleasure staying at The Lancaster. The staff is incredible and always make us feel like family. They will go out of their way for their guests. From Sam greetings at valet to the front desk always smiling. The new renovations look great too!'

'We hadden voor de executive lounge bijbetaald maar die was gewoon niet open'

'Great room and the staff were very attentive.'

'Close to game'

'I stayed at The Westin because I had a work trip in downtown Houston. If you’re looking for something nearby the convention center, that’s quiet and has some good restaurants nearby, this hotel is amazing. Not only that, the king bedroom is spacious, great amenities with a spacious bathroom, a snooz white noise machine, and even an option to rent two monitors, a keyboard / mouse via Outpost. Truly an amazing experience as a business traveler. The staff at front desk were so helpful.'

'This is probably the cleanest hotel I’ve ever stayed in. Typically, even in a $200 per night hotel the linens on the bed make me feel itchy. Not once did I feel itchy at this hotel.'

'Very nice helpful staff. Very clean and luxurious. I will definitely stay here again the next time I’m in Houston. If you like luxury The Thompson is the right place.'

'Great stay'

'Alles was gewoon top, behalve tv’s. Die werken met een systeem wat niet echt gebruiksvriendelijk is. Maar verder was alles aan appartement uitstekend. Tip, gebruik de Star Parking in de Fanning Street, verreweg de goedkoopste in de omgeving.'

'Super nice hotel, friendly staff and great atmosphere. Great breakfast as well, nice dining options in the neighbourhood'
