'I stayed here for three nights cleaning stuff never cleaned my room. I had to track a Cleaning Lady to get towels so we can take a shower horrible experience. I will not recommend this hotel to anybody if there was less than one star I would give them. And when we were checking out, I mentioned that to the GERMAN at the front desk all he said he’s gonna email the Cleaning manager didn’t even apologize.'

'Alles was gewoon top, behalve tv’s. Die werken met een systeem wat niet echt gebruiksvriendelijk is. Maar verder was alles aan appartement uitstekend. Tip, gebruik de Star Parking in de Fanning Street, verreweg de goedkoopste in de omgeving.'

'To start with the front desk, staff was so nice and check in on Saturday was so smooth, unfortunately the bar closed early on our first night, which was a bummer but the next night on Sunday it was very nice to be up there in the evening. The rooms do have a refrigerator, but do not have a microwave and there is no pool at this location. Our stay was great.'

I was in Houston for care at MD Anderson Cancer Hospital and the staff made every effort to keep me comfortable and make every second perfect for me. The food is spectacular and the pool is wonderful. I cannot wait to go back!!'
