'When we got to the breakfast there were barely any eggs and no waffle mix. Eventually they brought out more waffle mix. The room Was very nice. I would stay here again. The room next to our thought blared their tv and didnt get much sleep '

'Location was within walking distance to a vast selection of shops, eatery's, entertainment. Wonderful historical setting. Rooms very clean and bed was soooo comfortable I would highly recommend stellar inn!! '

'Overall staff was helpful, although check-in was complicated. Was initially advised the room I paid for wasn’t available because I booked through a third party (Expedia), but it got resolved. Also, there’s a club in really close proximity to the hotel. The music was so loud, I could hear the words in my room, on the 6th floor. The hotel itself is beautiful, has a rooftop bar with views of the city and the location makes it easy to get everywhere by foot. '

'Very clean, front desk was friendly, nice little kitchen which we didnt use as we were only there 1 night but long term stay would be excellent. Towels & provided soap, shampp, etc were a step above the average hotel. '

'We were confused and when we booked online and called everything was going to the radisson, we did not know we had reservations at the derby hotel (big difference) although it’s under change and a bit confusing it was overall a good stay. The kids absolutely loved the pool! '

'Excellent stay while visiting Louisville. Responsive service via text messaging. Library Bar was understaffed for the number of guests enjoying the cocktails and food, but drinks and light bites were delicious. Had an issue on the first night with a party in the hot tub, but guest services and security were very responsive and addressed the issue once it was reported. No issue the second night.
