'Absolutely beautiful little cottage! Perfect for what we wanted and fully enclosed garden for our little dog! Nice and roomy for the two of us who fancied a few days seeing the sights of York. Shower nice and powerful and location lovely and quiet but not too far from local shops and restaurants. Very clean and tidy upon arrival! Would highly recommend and would stay again! Thank you!'

'We felt very, very comfortable in this wonderful house. We were very kindly welcomed by Graham personally, so that no questions remained about practical things around the house. We further were equipped with a lot of very thoughtful personal recommendations for things to do in the area. The almost overflowing gift basket provided us with delicacies throughout the whole time! Overall, you could really see and feel that the house was decorated by a professional interior designer and invited you to...

'Great location! Was a bit warm in the room but to be expected for the fine of year, air con would have been amazing'

'Though they mentioned but it be nice to have shampoo and conditioner as well as body lotion in the bathroom.'

'David was an excellent host, and the cottage was a lovely place to stay. Very comfortable accommodation close to local amenities and a lovely canal to walk down with pooch right outside the door. Although there is no designated parking, street parking is a 10 second walk away, so this wasn't an issue. There was even a guitar on the wall to have a relaxing noodle. Thanks again David'

'Great location for York City centre. So central and very convenient. Would stay again and would use this company due to great customer service.'
