'Probably the best capsule room Iโve ever stayed in. The capsule itself was perfectly clean, modern and surprisingly spacious (for a capsule). The bathroom and locker facilities were also great and cleaned daily. Only heads up I would give is that there are only public bath/shower options - I might have missed that on the listing, but it was a slight surprise. Itโs also further out from a lot of the main Busan attractions, so be prepared for a lot of public transport '

'NOT a family friendly property not a bad hotel just not family oriented. Staff was nice room was clean. Fortunately my daughter is only two and was not able to understand all the adult content. As in free condoms massage oils and ordering forms of adult materials. If it were just my husband and I wouldnโt mind it but kinda awkward with a two year old. '

When I arrived in the room I found a big screen on the wall that controlls everything. It cant switch to english, and you need it to switch of the heating device. Great!
The next day I wanted to enjoy the pool and gym, like they advertised in their pictures. Turns out you have to pay additional (almost the price of the room itself) per day to use both. They say it is mentioned in the small remarks, and that it is ownef by an other company. But seriously: they use the pictures as it is their own property.
On top of that there is no reception, no housekeeping and an extra towel is very difficult to get. Even if you reach a human on the Korean chatfunction (which also starts with a non-english chatbot).
This โhotelโ was more expensive then hotels with same rarting and quality in the same neighbourhood. I paid extra for this โhotelโ due to looks of the room, the pool an gym. What you get is an ok room, difficult communication and not the extra comfort you pay for. "
