The rooms have 'paper thin' walls in between so you can literally hear everything, sound isolating is non existent. I was in luck and had no noisy neighbor's for the entire stay of 4 nights.

'Great affordable stay and highly recommended! AC works well and the bed was comfortable. Coffee machine in the check in floor to save my pockets. Definitely will be my place to go when visiting Taipei again.'

'It just wasn’t what I expected; a bit rundown, with stains on the wallpaper, curtains that were a bit worn out and didn’t blackout the room.
Worst than that was the noise that came in from the street (even in my 15th floor room). It was really like the window was open, street noises all night long that kept me awake.

The mattress is a bit on the short side though (180cm), so not ideal for taller people. The mattress is also very hard, so that's something to keep in mind.
They also offer you to order breakfast from a famous breakfast place, which is deliver3d to the hotel between 07:30 and 08:30, so you don't have to wait in a queue for over an hour. Nice option, but...

'It’s always a pleasure to stay there and the staffs are nice as usual. Location is convenience. the only concern was the room smells a bit musty guess because the typical summer weather of Taiwan and typhoon situation . Overall, it’s good and will come back again !'

Just a few things for improvement- the cutlery in the kitchen is very limited. I was told that the laundry powder should go with the clothes not into the dispenser. The detergent dispenser has a large piece of dry powder. Also the dryers require maintenance for cleanness. Other than that the hotel is excellent in location and its amenities. '

'My family stayed 3 times at this hotel and found it excellent when traveling to Taipei. Located just 4 minutes walk to Taipei Main Station, guests can use Z2 or Z4 (if need elevator) and get to the hotel. Lots of dinning options. Rooms are big and comfortable and it offers a nice lounge with fridge and microwave, and wonderful coffee. Staff are excellent.
