'Firstly this is more of a hostel not a hotel. Wifi was awful, we needed wifi on asking an excuse of location was made for the tardy wifi. We were first put into a freezing room.We were finally moved to a less cold room which had a small double. Incurred a surprise additional 5% for paying by card!! They said they serve breakfast but it was tea, coffee, coco tea, and a banana and a flatbread. Light summer throw and blankets that were so heavy they would put weighted blankets to shame. 'Excelente ubicación, la habitación era cómoda aunque si estaba algo fría pero sugiero que usen el calefactor, el agua súper calientita!. Fueron muy amables, un día debíamos salir como a las 3:30 am para tomar un tour a la montaña arcoíris y nos tenían listo (sin costo adicional) un rico lunch que usamos justo en la montaña y nos sirvió mucho para tener energía. Súper amables, el hotel muy lindo, lo recomiendo mucho, si volviera a Cusco volvería a hospedarme aquí.'

'My husband, kids, and I stayed here three different times while in Cusco, including before and after an amazon trip and before and after a visit to Machu Picchu. The staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful, the room was well kept, spacious, and very comfortable, and the location was great for activities in the main square, celebrating Inti Raymi, and everything else we wanted to do. 'I'm a frequent traveler to Peru. When I arrived, the name of the hotel was completely different and I was told that they did not have my reservation. Instead, they took me down the street to a much less nice location—nothing like the room I had booked—and I was told I could stay there. The room had no exterior view, the bathroom was full of mold, and I had multiple drunk people bang on my door during my stay asking to use my private toilet. I would not recommend this to anyone.'

'Tuvimos problemas para el check in porque al llegar a la dirección, la puerta de calle estaba cerrada. Había un cartel escrito a mano con un número de celular pero resulta que correspondía al 1er piso y nuestro alojamiento estaba en el 2do piso. Finalmente, después de insistir con varios números que conseguimos, nos respondieron y pudimos ingresar y hacer el check in.
