'One of the beds is not very comfortable…but that is also personal preference. Host was great for prompt response when we messaged. Served its purpose for a place to sleep and do some laundry at a reasonable cost.'

The sea of windows looking out to the water is a showstopper! Short drive to White Sails bakery which we enjoyed and only 25 minutes to Peggy’s Cove! Host is friendly and great at communication!! 'Not a private stay - the basement had two entrances, one from the driveway as described and another one not pictured that leads into their house with no lock on the guests’ side. You can hear people’s conversations very easily. Host wanted to know specifically when I’d be arriving after I told them it was a late flight, and sent me a good morning message at 5:30am after I got in only a few hours earlier. Someone was watching from the window as we left as well. Felt very watched the whole time....

'I never got a chance to stay because my reservation was cancelled less than 30 hours before check-in and nothing was done by any of the parties concerned to help me find similar affordable accommodation for my weekend. 'Place was great! lots of room for everyone, and clean! However, our TV was not working. it seems the network cable was unplugged. when we tried to plug it in, it would not reach the TV. Moving the TV did not solve this problem either.Other than that we highly recommend and would go again!'
