This was a great find in the middle of a road trip. Will definitely stay here again if we’re ever in the area. The restaurant is excellent, some of the best fresh seafood we’ve had in Florida this trip. The owner, staff and locals were great to chat with.

The seafood at Inn On The Gulf is excellent. Sam’s Beach club across the street from the Inn always seems to have good live entertainment on the weekends

Was looking for a quieter area away from traffic and massive people everywhere in Florida and we found it here. Lovely place had a view of Gulf. Recommend the second floor, room at end for quiet and privacy. Try their restaurant too and Sam’s Bar and lovely park right across street.

Needs serious updating— especially mattresses, bathrooms. Had a few issues which were taken care of pretty quickly but probably should have been addressed before we checked in. Great food in restaurant downstairs. Still a great location and a nice view.

Wonderful room, it’s more than just two beds in a room. The bedroom is separate from the rest of the area. A nice kitchenette with a full sized fridge, and living room area. Very comfortable and the view of the gulf is amazing. Would definitely stay here again!

We love this place
This is one of our favorite locations for a quiet weekend getaway. The on-site restaurant is delicious and so convenient, we never have to leave. The sunsets are beautiful and right out your window. You can walk right across the quiet street to have an even closer view. There is a tiki bar also right across the street who has live music. We love this location to relax and recharge on a quick weekend getaway.

Quick Trip
We ate at the attached restaurant before checking in, and the service and food were very good. Room was clean, with a great view of the gulf. Only issues we had was that the remote did not work in the living area, and no remote in the sleeping area. Walked across the street to a beach bar to listen to live entertainment. Overall, glad we stayed at the Inn.

My fiance and I stayed here as a local getaway after seeing the great reviews this location has. The walls are terribly thin and we could hear cars revving and racing down the street.

We really enjoyed our stay here. We ate at the restaurant and it was fabulous too! The hotel room was a great value with a full kitchenette and separate bedroom and gulf view from the deck/walkway. There was a beach bar across the way with great music (it shut down plenty early as to not keep us up), and a walkway along the seawall. There is also a small beach. Everything was fantastic!

Had an amazing time at the Inn on the Gulf. The hotel owner was amazing, accommodating, friendly and the attached restaurant was a pleasant surprise we really enjoyed. No issues checking in or out and our room was ready early so we were able to check in a few hours early for no additional fee. Watching the sun set over the water from our balcony was a bonus. Would definitely stay here again.

Great staff, family run business... very nice restaurant on site, location is great... was there a year ago on a randomly selected stop north of Tampa.made a point of returning on same route this year...service staff at the restaurant are also great, friendly and professional... would recommend to anyone in the area.
