'Parking in driveway a mentioned. Swimming pool had no handrail and did not feel safe. Lock on the front door would not work middle of day. Furniture in the living room has an odor (probably body). Stay was ok'

'Mister Jacob (the owner) is a very friendly man who is flexible in arriving and departure times. He responds to e mail almost immediately. He was there as we arrived later than expected from Miami. We were allowed to use the garage for the rental car. The house was clean and it is equipped with all the things you need such as a washer, dryer, big kitchen with dishwasher and microwave. 'Kim's house was great. She communicated well regarding check-in and check-out. The fence backyard was excellent for our pup. Bonus was the Dairy Rich ice cream shop 1 blk from the house. We really enjoyed the sunsets at Crystal Beach and walking out dog on the Pinellas Trail.'
