'The staff, particularly front desk and housekeeping were unhelpful and at times difficult. The place was empty on a Friday afternoon, but they make you wait until exactly 4pm to check in- they couldn't even be a little helpful and accommodating. We requested a rollaway bed for the room- it took 4 hours and at least 5 phone calls. It just didnt seem as if the staff wanted to be helpful. It is as if the word "concierge" doesn't exist, and I don't remember it being that way in the past.'

'The property is located in a beautiful riverside setting surrounded by greenery. Unfortunately, that was the only positive aspect of the property. The entrance doors were badly worn and scratched, with no sign of even basic maintenance such as repainting. As soon as we entered the lobby, we were met with a strong smell of oriental spices that was very unpleasant.
