'The staff, particularly front desk and housekeeping were unhelpful and at times difficult. The place was empty on a Friday afternoon, but they make you wait until exactly 4pm to check in- they couldn't even be a little helpful and accommodating. We requested a rollaway bed for the room- it took 4 hours and at least 5 phone calls. It just didnt seem as if the staff wanted to be helpful. It is as if the word "concierge" doesn't exist, and I don't remember it being that way in the past.'

'The staff were friendly and as helpful as they could be. Overall, I would not recommend this hotel. Rooms were humid and damp, even with the AC on. There was no exhaust fan in the bathroom. Leftovers from a previous guest were found in the refrigerator. The toilet paper holder was no longer attached to the wall so the roll of toilet paper was just sitting on the bathroom vanity. 'This Hotel is a beautiful place. This is my 3rd time staying here. The rooms and the bathrooms are huge! The staff is very friendly and helpful. My family loves the pool. Also, very clean. I can't wait to come back. Parking is free and you are only a 7minute drive from the mall. Great location'
