'The house was very spacious. It has 6 bedrooms and 7 bathrooms as advertised. The location was very convenient to the surrounding mini-marts, pharmacies, restaurants and other stores. Those ex-pats who crave for western (or non-Vietnamese) foods, there are options close by. These also include Mexican, Japanese, Italian, American, etc. A beach is walkable.The owner was easily accessible if there are any issues. 'Property manager was very nice. Checked in with me before my flight there to provide details about the area. Provided us with amazing communication detail. Also had a local house helper for anything I needed. Helped book a private car to Hoi An, and gave recommendations on where to go and eat and what to see. The service is amazing. Hands down the best exp I have ever had. Service is highly comparable to high end hotels.'
