De kamers zijn schoon en het sanitair is prima in orde, De ligging is uitstekend, midden in het historisch centrum van Fredericksburg. Twee kleine opmerkingen. Ten eerste is parkeren in de buurt soms even zoeken, ben dat niet gewend van Amerikaanse hotels. Ten tweede hebben ze voor het ontbijt een Starbucks in de lobby annex ontbijtruimte.
