'Beautiful B&B in downtown Fredericksburg. Lovely decor & friendly staff. Comfortable accommodations. Was a bit noisy from the street but they did mention before hand. Still worth the experience. Yummy breakfast & great coffee. Even provided us with a little sparkling wine to toast our anniversary. '

'Mijn verblijf van 5 nachten is heel goed bevallen. Het hotel is nog vrij nieuw. De kamers zijn schoon en het sanitair is prima in orde, De ligging is uitstekend, midden in het historisch centrum van Fredericksburg. Twee kleine opmerkingen. Ten eerste is parkeren in de buurt soms even zoeken, ben dat niet gewend van Amerikaanse hotels. Ten tweede hebben ze voor het ontbijt een Starbucks in de lobby annex ontbijtruimte. Voor ieder kopje koffie worden dan ook Starbucksprijzen gerekend.'

Alan, was quick to get me checked in, showed me where my room was on their map and gave me other information that i was too tired to care about. He was very pleasant, friendly and just great! 'Claims there is a pool however there is one but it was closed up like it was winter. I door pool looked like a swamp - 2x2 holding up the frame work. You can tell it was a beautiful place at one time but it is dire need of attention '

'The owners and staff were very accommodating and friendly. The room lacked cleanliness especially in the bathroom and I had multiple problems with the AC unit. I had to bring my own fan in to cool the room down Great price for what you get, but housekeeping should definitely improve. '

'Very nice place. Close to Cracker Barrel, Panera and many other restaurants. 15 min ride to Amtrak. Continental Breakfast was not the best you only get mini muffins, coffee, eggs in a bag. Place was very clean and friendly.'
