I figured the location being close to the beach would be great but phase ii island is under lots of construction and doesn't have the services that phase I has so this is a great location if you want steps. 'The staff at H78 provide such good care and service. From the pick up at Velana airport to receiving us at the reception. Baggage was delivered to our room very quickly. The room was small but adequate with everything we required. The food was very good and an included breakfast. We were driven back to the airport the next morning. Thank you'

'I stayed here for 2 nights and needed an early check-in and late check-out. The hotel was able to accomodate quite easily with minimal cost. The room was all good and generally quite although as a suggestion I would remommend getting some rubber buffers on the door to prevent door banging as that was very disturbing or some soundproofing.
