'In het hotel hong er een onaangename geur in de gang en kamer. Ook de kamer was wat gedateerd, zo waren er vlekken op de matras van het zetelbed en in het tapijt. Alles was heel basic. Het ontbijt was ook heel basic. enkel zoete opties beschikbaar en niets van fruit. Ook het aanvullen gebeurde niet. '

'At first they said they could not fin the reservation and continue to say they couldn’t find it. Took a lot of time for front desk to find reservations and took of customers and we had to wait a great Deal of time. Not the best front desk etiquette. '

'The staff was horrible rude and lied about shuttle if your staying here don’t if you need to be at the airport at a certain time they use a third party and it’s only every hour bed are hard feels like your laying on a box with sheets'

'I booked Days Inn because they offer breakfast and airport shuttle. At arrival at the property there was a sign on the frontdesk window that they do NOT provide breakfast due to covid19. Nothing mentioned about this on Hotels.com site! The room smelled like someone had smoked in the room and the heater did not work. Another room was not available so this was a real waste of money. Never again!'

'Op het vliegveld was het onduidelijk met welke shuttle we bij het hotel konden komen. De telefoon werd ruim 20 minuten niet opgenomen dus misschien is het handig deze info vooruit op te vragen bij het hotel want na een vlucht van zo'n 9 uur wil je het liefste zo snel mogelijk naar je hotel.'
