'I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. It's extremely noisy and inconvenient located.The price of the rooms are ridiculous for the terrible service I encountered. I had to change rooms multiple times and was even sent to a room already occupied by another guest. Their rooms have mold and the TVs don't work properly. I wasn't even able to watch any channels on the TV and had to use my laptop and HDMI cable to watch my shows. The housekeeping staff is exceptionally rude. They don't actually...

'The place itself was nice, the room was nice, but whatever they used to clean the floor had a really weird smell. The staff, however, wasn't very helpful, they didn't mention any amenities at all, and although they weren't necessarily "mean", they also didn't really feel polite at all.'

'Op het vliegveld was het onduidelijk met welke shuttle we bij het hotel konden komen. De telefoon werd ruim 20 minuten niet opgenomen dus misschien is het handig deze info vooruit op te vragen bij het hotel want na een vlucht van zo'n 9 uur wil je het liefste zo snel mogelijk naar je hotel.'

'Catfish hotel. Checking in Horrible it took 30 minutes just for them to find a room. once I got to my room housekeeping was just finishing cleaning my room which I made a reservation. The room was a complete mess, tiles on the floor were coming up, bathroom had mildew and flies coming from the wall. The air conditioning unit in the room was broken still pushing out cold air, but was not attached properly. There were no amenities like the bar nor the hotel provided tissue, toothpaste, toothbrush,...

'The staff is absolutely superb from front desk to assistants to housekeeping. The room was huge w a perfect kitchenette. Fitness area was phenomenal. Pool gets sun all day long. Out front they have a fire pit which made for nice evenings.'

'I booked Days Inn because they offer breakfast and airport shuttle. At arrival at the property there was a sign on the frontdesk window that they do NOT provide breakfast due to covid19. Nothing mentioned about this on Hotels.com site! The room smelled like someone had smoked in the room and the heater did not work. Another room was not available so this was a real waste of money. Never again!'
