'I read the reviews before I made the reservation. I cant believe they were about the same place. The room is basic . Clean. Towels are cheap and worn. The room had a vague cigarette smell. The front desk staff were just ok. Not rude, but not necessarily friendly. It was ok for the price. But I wont be back.'

'The place seemed cleaned but we were put on 4th floor with the elevator broken so had to bring 3 luggage bags up flights of stairs and back down. The fridge was broken and told the employee who seemed annoyed that we were bugging her. Air didnt remove the humidity in the room. Last thing was the air fresheners they use in the hall way was so over powering it went into are room and gave us all bad headaches.'

On March 16, 2026, our flight from Denver to Houston was cancelled due to widespread TSA issues, a situation completely out of our control. 'Goed hotel met goede shuttle service en op 5 minuten rijden van Deerbrook Mall. Vriendelijk personeel en leuk zwembad.'

'In het hotel hong er een onaangename geur in de gang en kamer. Ook de kamer was wat gedateerd, zo waren er vlekken op de matras van het zetelbed en in het tapijt. Alles was heel basic. Het ontbijt was ook heel basic. enkel zoete opties beschikbaar en niets van fruit. Ook het aanvullen gebeurde niet. '
